concept to completion

Every month I create a design idea board for the magazine of the 35th Force Support Squadron, the Leisure Times. I explain the concept to my team of graphic designers and I supervise and edit their work until the magazine is ready to go to print. My favorite part of the job is seeing the idea come to life through teamwork.
